It is with great excitement and gratitude that I introduce myself as the Principal of Lee County Elementary School. My name is Hailey Kilcrease, and I am honored to serve a school community that is rich in tradition, compassion, and a strong commitment to student success.

I bring with me 14 years of experience in education, 12 years as a dedicated first-grade teacher and the past two years as an assistant principal. These roles have deepened my passion for nurturing young minds and helping every child reach their fullest potential both academically and personally.

I have been married to my wonderful husband, Steven, for 15 years, and together we are raising two amazing children, Brooklyn, who is 12 years old, and Ryker, who is 7. As a parent, I understand the hopes and dreams families have for their children, and I am committed to working alongside our staff and community to make those dreams a reality.

My heart is rooted in a love for children, their academic growth, and their all-around success. I believe in fostering a positive and inclusive school environment where every student feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.

I am truly excited to partner with our outstanding teachers, dedicated staff, involved parents, and the entire Lee County community. This school year promises to be one to remember, and I can’t wait to see all that we will accomplish together!
